Three Manifestation Tools to Help You Reach Your Goals

We're nearly halfway through the first month of 2022, and many of us have already made "resolutions," or set goals and intentions, but if you haven't, it's never too late. And even if you have already set your intentions, the following three practices will help you actually achieve said goals. "Manifestation" is quite the buzzword these days, but it's for good reason: our thoughts really do become things. Our words and beliefs have massive impact on our reality; so if you're looking for more ways to take ownership over creating your dream life, I suggest using all three of the following tools.
1. Write down your goals with as much detail as possible
When we're setting goals, there are a few things we want to keep in mind; I personally like to use the "SMART" method which stands for: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based. This means that when you're writing out your goals make sure they are specific (use as much detail as possible about what you want), measurable (include how you will track progress, or keep tabs on improvement), attainable (don't go too lofty, start smaller and add more as you complete them), relevant (no need to be all over the place, keep the list somewhat short), and time-based (include when you would like to complete this goal by). Writing this all out will not only help you get very clear about what you actually want, but it is also like a formal declaration to God, or the Universe, about what you're hoping to co-create with them. Once these words are written, you can come and look back on them to ensure you're on track as time passes. It just makes it feel real. It's also super fun to look back on, years down the road, when you've completed the goals (or sometimes don't but are able to see why, or when you switched directions).
2. Create a Vision Board
This is a really fun, creative, project that many people swear by (myself included, I have old vision boards that are almost eerie because of how accurate they end up being years later). By leaning into the creative energy of our inner-child and allowing ourselves to have fun with this project, we automatically raise our frequency to begin attracting these things. I have a digital vision board via Pinterest, as well as a physical board where I cut out and paste images to a piece of cardboard. As we spend time being present with the board (looking at it daily, meditating on it, visualizing with it) we continue to acquaint ourselves with the future timeline that we can soon occupy. We will likely begin to have ideas, or run into people or things that will help these goals fall right into our laps. Once you begin working with a vision board consistently, it's hard to deny that they work. Try it.
3. Make a Mind Movie
Now this, I believe, is perhaps THE most powerful way to manifest our dreams, but it can also be a bit more challenging for those of us with less tech, or media, skills. I first read about "Mind Movies" in the book "Becoming Supernatural" by Dr. Joe Dispenza, and was fascinated by the data they were able to collect about them. The idea is that you make a movie (much like a vision board) with images, videos, and words or phrases that you're hoping to manifest, to the length of an upbeat, positive song that you love (one that you will never grow tired of). Then, you watch that 3 or 4 minute "movie" every single day. You vibe out to the song, dance, sing, and watch the images of your dream life slide across the screen. You read the "subtitles" of your video (example: "I am a magnet for my dreams", or "I do not have to chase, what is for me will simply find me" etc.) and you smile with the belief that it's all coming soon. This is especially fun because after awhile, you will have the movie memorized in your brain, and should the song come on in the car, or at a party, you will likely begin to feel and imagine the movie. You can then also use this song as a tool to combat feelings of unworthiness, confusion, sadness, or anger. By playing the song or movie, you enhance your vibration and realign with the frequency that is your dream future. I personally use iMovie, which is free on my laptop and iPhone, to make the movie (you just save images from wherever and then drag and drop pretty easily into the video maker), but if you don't have iMovie, there are other apps you could download to create it.
These are certainly not the only ways to "manifest" but they definitely help get the ball rolling. Being intentional about what we want, and how we will get it, is the first step to achieving it. Many people don't even actually know, specifically, what they really want out of life, so hopefully the practice of creating and writing with the tools listed above, can help with that. If you're not clear about what you want, how can God know to deliver it to you?
