Happy Spring Equinox

Spring is officially here, and with the spring equinox comes the astrological new year as well. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and their season starts now.

This means hibernation is finally over, and let me tell you - I've been savoring the last couple months of winter.

I've slowed way down, for many reasons, but as the sun peaks out and the trees begin budding, I too am feeling renewed and ready to blossom.

Now is the time to set intentions. Make plans. Resolutions if you will. Embrace the feminine energy of springtime and masculine energy of the sun to harmonize and balance your inner energies as well.

I am recommitting myself to writing, creating, and will have much more to share coming soon.

For now, I invite you to spend some time in ritual with yourself, or ideally, in nature. Welcome the season and new year. Ask for what you want and commit yourself to the dedication it will take to get there. Smile. Give thanks. Focus on gratitude. Dance. Plant seeds, and water them. You're in charge of growing your own garden, but nature and God want to help you. So ask for help.
